新一份施政報告最大亮點,無疑就是釋放按揭成數「緊箍咒」,物業800萬元以下可借9成,800萬至1,000萬元可借8成,不過新制下並未容許轉按套現 ,靈活性略嫌不足,但有銀行業人士向筆者透露,利用「甩名」或「加名」兩式,原來有機會突破這道關口。
